About Davis Enterprises

We are a third generation, family owned business founded in 1948 by Peter Davis, with a strong commitment to give back to the community. Our longevity in the market and dedication to building relationships allows us to serve the commercial and multi-family real estate market by partnering with municipalities and neighboring communities to transform the Valley into a thriving place to live, work and play.

Our portfolio represents some of the best retail, office, industrial and multi-family properties in the Valley. Our experienced and dynamic team provides our tenants and investors with a proactive, hands-on approach to ensure every project is completed in a timely matter and with the utmost satisfaction.

Our History

Through three generations, the Davis family has created a record of successful investments and redevelopment projects by holding on to long-term properties and looking for new opportunities on the horizon. Founded in 1948 in Phoenix by Peter Davis, our family business began by developing manufactured home communities and hotels.

This photo of our grandfather, father and uncle walking down Central Avenue in Phoenix was taken in 1948. Our roots were established in Central Phoenix and our passion for redeveloping and maintaining properties in the area continues today.

The current management team of Jenifer Davis Lunt and her brother Nick Davis is currently growing the company by utilizing the smart property investments made by their grandfather, Peter, and father, Paul, while also pursuing new redevelopment opportunities. Each member of the Davis family who has headed the company has done so with the company’s legacy in mind, ensuring that the next generation reaps the rewards of hard work and optimism for the future.
